DIY: Homemade Avocado Deep Hair Conditioner

Frizzy, dry, unmanageable hair is the condition that every woman is pissed with. It is really difficult for a woman to get silky, smooth, and straight hair as it requires much of prowess to achieve that. Shampoos alone cannot fulfill the job of keeping your hair strong and soft. It has to be accompanied by its ‘better half’, that is, a conditioner. Without a conditioner, it is simply incomplete. Conditioner not only conditions your hair, but also makes them strong, shiny, and smooth. There are many categories of conditioners, out of which, few are leave in products while others call for a deep rooted massage to achieve optimum results.

Before we share a DIY homemade avocado deep hair conditioner, let’s begin this article by talking about the benefits of this fruit. How you treat your hair and the ingredients you use within your products make a huge difference to its shine, health, and condition. Sticking to natural ingredients ensures that you’re treating your locks in the best way possible.

Prevents Dandruff

Avocados are known to rejuvenate and treat an itchy and flaky scalp. They make your scalp smoother by putting in lots of hydration. Conditioning your hair with avocados is one of the best ways to treat and rejuvenate lifeless and lusterless hair and barren scalp. Massage the treatment into your scalp before washing your hair and beginning your regular hair routine will have a positive impact on your hair’s health.

Prevents Hair Breakage

With age, poor health and other contributing factors, your hair can become brittle and break easily each time you brush it or tie it up. Prevention is better than cure, so we want to improve your hair condition before it reaches this stage. The oil and moisture in avocado lubricates each individual hair strand to leave it nourished and less prone to breaking.

Protects Hair From Environmental Damage

There are so many factors that can affect our hair’s health that might seem out of our hands. Chlorine, sunlight, pollution, and seawater are some common hair enemies. Fortunately, avocado forms a protective barrier over your hair so it doesn’t become damaged from environmental effects. Use your DIY homemade avocado deep hair conditioner to create a light mixture you can apply to your locks before sunbathing or swimming in chlorine. This is barely noticeable to others but leaves your hair protected and smelling fruity.

Creates a Smooth Texture

Are you tired of knots and tangles? Avocado is rich in vitamins B and E and nourishes your hair. Apply a small amount of serum to the ends of your hair and coat the ends with your fingers or with a brush. Avocado can also tame frizzy hair by strengthening your strands from the root to the top. Restore a smooth texture again by using it as a serum or weekly treatment.
